It can take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on distance, shipping carrier and service selected. For our flat rate and free shipping, we normally use USPS Priority Mail.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If items are opened we handle requests on a case-by-case basis, but normaly we do not provide cash refunds for opened products. More details here.
Please send us an email with pictures and we will investigate and follow-up with you. We take pictures of all orders leaving our facility prior to dropping them off with the selected shipping carrier. Most likely we will email you a return label to return the incorrect item and ship the correct one to you. Please include your order number and name.
